thinness. Yoga has been thought of as a physical activity only, but

and emotional realities to shift helping individuals to become less
influenced by the external forces of modern culture and more anchored in
an internal value system. In this way, yoga becomes a valuable tool for
behavior changes. By connecting mind and body we can become aware of
lifestyle habits, behaviors, and attitudes that no longer serve us and
make necessary changes to enhance wellness and weight management.
